i was very happy with my room upgrade. the hotel staff helped me so much with directions. the location near the metro station was helpful. i really enjoyed the breakfast options, plentiful.
the gym only had a few weights available, which limited my workout routine.

the swimming pool is spacious and clean. the gym has treadmills and stationary bikes. there is also a sauna available to hotel guests. these facilities are open until late.

I found barbara yasmine particularly helpful. She explained both the hotel's and the area's amenities, appreciated. the room itself was clean! and comfortable. easy access to nearby attractions was available, though the parking was expensive.
the ac unit emitted a smoky smell upon activation, slightly off-putting, and the tv was positioned in an unusual location in the room. the windows in most rooms were also small. this prevented ample sunlight from entering.

Breakfast was offered at an additional price, though it included a variety of options. i did not try any meals. the dining area looked well kept, and staff were present during service hours.
